The Communications Technology Program (CTP) at the Colorado Department for the Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and Deaf/Blind provides communications resources and tools, such as amplified and captioned phones, smartphones and tablets, as well as ring signalers and neck loops or head sets and specialized equipment at no charge to qualified deaf, hard of hearing and deafblind. This technology gives a person access to family and the community at large.

- RF (FM) systems. Available in committee rooms, House gallery, House floor, and Senate gallery. For those who do not wear hearing aids, borrow headphones; for those with telecoils in their hearing aids and cochlear implants, borrow neckloop and select telecoil program.
- Hearing loop. Available in Old Supreme Court Chambers, Senate Floor, Joint Budget Committee Hearing Room. For those who do not wear hearing aids, borrow headphones; for those with telecoils in their hearing aids and cochlear implants, no equipment is needed and select telecoil program.
