The Lincoln Center of Performing Arts in Fort Collins, Colorado has Open Caption Performances! began advocating for live Open Caption performances at the Lincoln Center in Fort Collins. Communication Access Realtime Translation (CART) was provided for the first time in the spring of 2025 this season as they were testing the new system.
The Lincoln has a hearing loop and offers closed captions at all live performances. If you want closed captions, there is a QR code on the wall. After scanning the QR code, the captions will show on your phone. I have not heard if open captions will be offered again because this season was merely testing the new caption system.
